PAYMENT OPTIONS

yudulife.com currently accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept personal checks.

SALES TAX

yudulife.com is required by law to charge sales tax on orders SHIPPED TO Maryland addresses. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

ORDER STATUS

Once you've clicked PURCHASE, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours AFTER they have been confirmed and authorized. Please note: you may be contacted by a Customer Service Representative if we are having problems with an authorization.

You will receive an order# (ie: ABC123) and an automatic email confirming your order information. If you have not heard from our Customer Service/Distribution Center within 24-48 hours of placing your order, your order has been authorized to be processed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Deliveries to P.O. Box and APO/FPO Military Addresses will be shipped and charged USPS PRIORITY MAIL.

UPS

We ship with UPS because it’s cost effective and almost always on time. However, due to acts of God, weather conditions, and other natural phenomenon including but not limited to a rain of frogs, your package may be delayed. Our lawyers made us say that.

UPS GROUND SERVICE

Delivery time may vary depending on your geographic location or order date. Please note that UPS Ground is not available beyond the 48 contiguous states. Add $8 to order total plus $1 for each additional item ordered. (Deliveries to Alaska & Hawaii will be 2nd Day Air)

UPS 3 DAY SELECT

Guaranteed delivery in three business days to every address throughout the contiguous United States. Add $13 to order total plus $1 for each additional item ordered.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR

Guaranteed delivery in two business days to every address throughout the United States. Add $23 to order total plus $1 for each additional item ordered.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR

Guaranteed delivery by end of day the next business day to every address throughout the United States. Add $33 to order total plus $1 for each additional item ordered.

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery time may vary depending on your geographic location or order date. Orders requesting shipment to the East Coast are usually delivered within five to seven days.

Please note: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be 2nd Day Air.

Upon approval AND verification of credit card information Orders will be processed for shipment. Inconsistent data and billing information may delay your order.

SHIPPING STATUS
