What I do for fun:  teach mantra-based meditation, and meditate for deep rest, stress reduction, and spiritual development.  I live at the beach on the sand, look at palm trees and flowers, take in the beautiful western sun, look at the mountains and panoramic vistas, eat vegetarian ethnic foods, ride motorcycles, swim in the ocean, take long trips, go to vineyard wine tastings, eat dinner at Wholefoods, hang with my friends, drive my Prius, hang out in Vegas, boat rides in the pacific, watch my 52 inch blue ray, go Green, love my cat, wife, and kids, and wonder when my family is moving out to my region.
